This website is operated by DriftPoint Digital LLC ("Brinna," "we," "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Products
We do our best to display our products accurately. Color reproduction varies between screens, and because our goods are made from natural materials, the item you receive will differ slightly from the photograph. See our refund policy for more on natural variation.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing or description errors, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund you in full and tell you why.
Sauna Safety
Sauna use involves high heat, hot surfaces, and hot water. Our products are made for sauna use, but the sauna itself carries real risk.
Water poured on hot stones produces steam that can scald. Metal components, including the stainless liner in our buckets, become hot after prolonged exposure to sauna heat. Buckets should not be placed directly on a stove or heater.
Sauna bathing is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, low or high blood pressure, or any medical condition affected by heat, talk to a doctor before using a sauna. Don't use a sauna after drinking alcohol. Don't leave children unattended in a sauna.
Use our products as intended and use your own judgment about your health. We're not responsible for injury resulting from sauna use.
Materials and Claims
We describe our materials as precisely as we can, including where our products contain metal, and we publish what things are made of. Where we state a material composition, we mean it. If you find an error in one of our descriptions, tell us and we'll correct it.
Care and Lifespan
Linen, wood, and wool last a long time when cared for and deteriorate quickly when they aren't. Care instructions are included with every order and published on each product page. Damage from improper care isn't a manufacturing defect.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftPoint Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
